A 10th Circuit jury reverses Kellogg’s win and raises questions of whether Kellogg made reasonable accommodations to two Seventh-day Adventists who they fired when they refused to work on the Sabbath. 

Questions include whether or not Kellogg’s having the two workers use paid time off and requiring them to swap shifts with other employees fulfilled their duty to provide them with reasonable accommodation for their religious beliefs.
